VFD’s more than 7,000-square-meter GMP production plant is strategically focused on processing to ensure continuous access to fresh, traceable raw materials, and to improve logistics efficiency and cost savings.

The production process follows the GMP guidelines.

VDF has GMP certification for the production of active pharmaceutical ingredients and Halal and Kosher certification for compliant food solutions. Functional food ingredients and diagnostic media can be used for cell and tissue culture purposes or for nutritional products and infant formula development.

VFD has two 50#M2 vacuum freeze-drying warehouses, a 300-square-meter low-temperature freezing tunnel, two complete freeze-drying production lines, one hot-air drying production line, one biological fermentation production line, one vacuum infiltration production line, and biological protein extraction and purification 1 production line, complete packaging lines of various specifications, including Japan Ishida 8-disc vibration upright pouch packaging machine, back-seal bag packaging machine,  powder strip packaging machine, MICRO ACTIVE multi-functional powder making machine, and CARVER tablet press.
